Read the win system first
Paylines use defined paths across the reels. Ways games use matching symbols on adjacent reels under the game rules. Cascades remove winning symbols and refill the grid. A higher count of lines or ways is not by itself evidence of a better return.
RTP and volatility answer different questions
Theoretical return describes the long-run relationship between stakes and prizes in a maths model. Volatility describes how variable the results can be. Neither predicts a particular session, and the return figure may vary between installed versions of a familiar game.
A franchise name is not a specification
